When Nana (my Mother) passed I was devastated there was no picking up the phone to call her for a recipe, or a tip. No written recipes and I vowed not to do that to my children. So I created my own cookbook. Not fancy with all the fluff. No big publishing house. I wrote it with all my love. I knew It needed to be written right away. It may not be identical to my Moms cooking (pretty damn close though) its a guide they can use with their own love and creativity. It is the closest I could get without being there in their kitchens.
